By using NurseCareerShift AI you agree to what is on this page. We have kept it short and specific.

What this product does

It reads a resume you provide, compares it to a job description you paste, and drafts a tailored version using only facts it found in your resume or that you confirmed. It is a drafting tool.

What we do not promise

  • No guarantee of interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring outcomes depend on factors this product does not control.
  • No guarantee that any applicant tracking system will parse, accept, or rank your resume. We produce a clean, one-column, text-based document, which is the format these systems generally handle best. That is a design choice, not a certification.
  • No HIPAA compliance. Do not put patient information into this product.
  • No legal, immigration, licensing, or career advice. Licensing and scope-of-practice rules are set by your state board and employer, not by us.

AI limitations — read this one

Resume drafting is AI-assisted. We validate every generated line against the facts we extracted from your documents, and we drop anything we cannot trace back to them. That reduces errors; it does not eliminate them.

You are responsible for reviewing your resume before you send it. Check dates, employers, titles, licenses, and certifications against your own records. If something looks wrong, it is wrong — edit it.

Your responsibilities

  • Only upload a resume that is yours, or that you have permission to use.
  • Do not upload patient records or patient information.
  • Do not use this product to misrepresent your credentials, licenses, certifications, or experience. Misrepresenting clinical credentials can end a career and harm patients.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

Your content

Your resume and career information remain yours. You can export or delete them at any time from Settings. We do not train AI models on your documents.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. Features may change, and processing limits may apply to keep costs sustainable. If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NurseCareerShift AI is not liable for employment decisions, lost opportunities, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
